Sometimes plans change or need to be altered, and therefore we do not charge a change or cancellation fee for hotels booked on our site.  However, the hotel which you have a reservation with may have change or cancellation fees that we are required to pass along.  Fees can vary based on hotel restrictions or dates of travel, so please verify the cancellation policies unique to your selected hotel.

Cancellation policies for a particular hotel are located in the Rooms & Rates section of the Rate details page or within your itinerary, if you have an existing reservation.  Change/cancellation of existing CarolinaTravelLife.com hotel reservations must be made through CarolinaTravelLife.com.

TIP: If you must change your travel itinerary, let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any last-minute penalties from our suppliers.
